$4.50 delivery charge is pretty steep. Driver said they don't receive a portion of that. Told 45 mins, Always over an hr. Plus sometimes the pizza is squished from stacking of all the food. Food is great if you pick up your order. But the delivery aspect of the business is awful and they charge $4.50 for it. People are genuinely nice, but I so dislike the delivery service.

spent $68.83 on dinner for myself and my wife on 11/26/2017. We order from the Brockport location a lot. Tonight is my wife's Birthday and we are both not feeling well. For out desert I order a peanut butter pie and the raspberry white chocolate cheese cake. when we got our delivery, the only thing missing is the cheese cake. I called and spoke to Lilly, I believe her name was. she told me that they were out of the raspberry cheese cake, I was giving the option of $5 credit or to have a peanut butter pie slice delivered. I chose the pie, seeing that it is for my wife. whelp 45 minutes later nothing. my wife called to see were he slice was. she was accused of lying that they said they view the film footage and the pie slices were delivered. it never happed, I was cheat out of my money and I am pissed about being accused of lying because someone doesn't want to do there job tonight. I've wasted my money and I'm fed up with this service. this not the first time this happened my ordered getting botched. I recommend going with one of the other pizza joints in Brockport.
