Since I have my food sanitation certificate I expressed the practices of washing hands after touching the phone, kiosk, DOOR HANDLES. This person after I asked him to wash his hands and put on gloves he said no and said everything is clean and sanitized. I watched him do this things and insisted that it was fine. When a customer suggests something especially if the have a food handlers certificate aren’t you supposed to do what they say?

Usually good but online ordering is down so I decided to call in for delivery. Currently on hold with them right now for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. They must be ignoring my call on purpose because I know it SHOULD NOT take over 20 minutes to take my call. Don't know if I will order from here again.

The wings are the worst in Brockport. So small they are more like pigeon wings than chicken wings. Heated in a pizza oven instead of fried, the skin is soggy and gross instead of crispy. For good wings, Jimmy Z or Perri's are the choices. Store cleanliness is horrible too--for months they did a remodel, with insulation and other building materials exposed in food prep areas. Lots of dirt, grime, sauce splatters, etc. clearly visible on the walls and food tables.

Soooooo, what's the harm in washing your hands when asked.....by a customer? Touching the computers, the phones.....is it too much to ask to not want bacteria in your grub? The phone has sweat from your head. The side door is the side door. Maybe these things are OK at your house, not for public consumption.
