July 6, 2023 late afternoon/ evening: black store clerk didn’t help was talking to herself/ w employee the entire time we were in the store. Didn’t offer assistance one bit. The Hispanic/ Latina girl who looks Caucasian on the outside- was discriminatory and really lacked customer service as well. This store lacks etiquette, professionalism, and friendliness- doing a disservice to Sam Edelman and store sales. Shame shame! Upscale designer womens shoes, handbags, clothing and accessories. Nicely presented displays. Large selection of classy looking sandals. Not a lot of garment selections. High quality. Friendly and low pressure sales staff.
Higher end womens wear, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Came in looking for new shoes for work and Kat helped me and was so fast. Got me in and out of the store with a brand new pair.
The customer service is great and FedEx Express loves them.
