Customer service here is terrible. The black woman with the dreads locs has terrible customer service skills. Fails to acknowledge other people. All it takes is eye contact and a quick hello.

A struggling department store. It is old fashion and full of stuffs. It's good for shopping on a budget. It's also good for a short cut to get to Apple store on the 2 floor.

I visited JC Penny earlier today for a photoshoot and I was really unimpressed with their customer service.

Ordered a stove online and received an email 10 minutes later stating there was an issue with payment. Called the number supplied and was told payment went through. Called following day to verify delivery and was told payment was not processed although it already showed on my credit card. Called again was told this happens sometimes, wait two days and call back. Called back two days later, told payment never went through, told them I had enough, cancelled order and reverse charge. 7 days now, no stove, no money
