I have been with Sam for well over a decade. He and his staff are amazing. When my 16 year old daughter started to drive I thought it was going to cost a fortune. But with all the discounts for good grades and a little safety meeting it turned out to be about 50 bucks extra a month, WOW! If you have a problem he is there for you, unlike these online insurance companies, good luck. If you are looking for a great insurance agent with a very knowledgeable staff that will take great care of you, look no further, you found him.

I've been a big fan of State Farm ever since my local agent in South Carolina 'converted me' with amazing service, follow up and patience. I was particularly impressed with how smooth the transition was moving from S.C. to Spokane. Sam and his team have not disappointed! They have consistently gone above and beyond my expectations with every interaction I have with them. I can't say enough good things about this office - call them today!

While State Farm is a great company I do not recommend this agent as he is condescending to his clients and rude. There is no excuse for the behavior that has been expressed from this agent. As an insurance agent myself I would never consider speaking to a client the way this agent has spoken to his clients. Go with state farm if you wish, but stay away from this agent.

Sam and his staff are wonderful. My wife totaled her car and Sam called us the next morning to make sure she was ok. What great service! Sam had adjusters out the next day to check evaluate the car. Even though we were sad that it was totaled, we had a check by the end of the week for the car and received more than expected. Give Sam a call and he will give you a quote and earn your business like he did with us. Sam saved us over $50.00 per month on our car insurance and homeowners insurance. After the service he gave us I am willing to pay more.
