This worst Sam's ever! I have been shopping at Sam's almost every week for years for my business on 1960 in humble and never had any issues. But when I go here 75% of the time I do have issues. The worst time was when they accuse me of stealing. I didn't even leave the store yet and the boxes was not even open! All I wanted to do just return the boxes and get a better 1. The young manager open two boxes at once and mix products that was in the boxes. Neither less to say he messed up and accuse me of stealing product that was inside. Mind u I didn't leave the store yet or open them! Didn't even go through the doors. Just went to Customer Care desk to return the items. The cigarette people don't know what they're doing or what products they sell.

Great Sam's Club!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Was kind of annoyed when a guy with a sweep asked me to kindly move while I was searching for soap so he could sweep where I was standing, but at least they have pride in keeping their store clean. It wasn't crowded at all and I enjoyed my shopping time!! Definitely will return!!

The one-star rating is for the grocery pick-up only. I find the in side of the store to be clean well-managed well-stocked and friendly Associates. The grocery pick-up however is not managed well. They take the convenience out of the curbside pickup when there is no associate there to bring out your groceries. Twice I have checked in and no one shows up with my order. Sam's Club really needs to work on this problem.

The store is a nice place to shop. Easy layout. I don't think they have as much as other Sams Clubs. Get to the check outs expect a wait. 10 full service lanes and one open. Doesn't matter what time of day. Eating there is a joke. The first time we placed an order we got burnt chicken and then to find out it is backed. Could have done that at home in half the time. This time I thought well pizza. Ordered what I seen in the window. 10 minutes later they call my number. Now they wasn't making the pizza they were standing back in the back talking. From now on if it now a shopping trip I will be going to the next town over. They are busy but at least they get you in and out with out the long wait.

Terrible customer service with rude and arrogant attitude. Surprisingly the bad experience was with one of the manger of the store. Unfortunately, we had to drive to other Sams club , where they refunded our money for a broken appliance. I make over 5000/yr purchase from the Sams club, which provide great service, but because of some of their associates they will loose business.
