Do NOT buy anything from this store. The people will lie and screw you over. I bought a couch, I was told it was "real" leather and to be honest it really looked and felt like real leather. But my couch is now peeling in several spots and looks horrible. The warranty is up and I can't do anything about it! I paid wayyyy too much for a fake leather couch! Just wanted to warm people not to trust these crooked people!

This guy has a sign out front 70 percent off all mattreses. When you ask about that the price doesnt change he just says I wont charge you taxes. Big False Advertisement! He is not willing to help you out at all. He is the same guy that was in Cleveland they shut down bc of no buisness. He really needs to work on comprising with customers. He would rather lose out on $150 than to go down $50 on something. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Went to the Cleveland location and Oscar was great. Gave us a great deal on our bedroom set with a new mattress, new mattress and box spring for our daughter and 2 mattresses for our boys bunk beds. Didn't give 5 stars cause it took a few days longer than originally promised to get all our furniture. We will definitely be going back though!

Horrible service. I purchased my furniture a month ago and they still haven't delivered as promised. Every time we call they make up excuses or take a message to supposedly deliver to someone else. They've actually stopped answering my calls all together! I still haven't received my furniture, or a refund. So unprofessional!! Don't go to this store they are thieves! And check out the receipt, I should've known something was wrong when they kept changing the prices and didn't have an actual breakdown of the items.

Zero stars. My house burnt down and because my contractor is taking so long to rebuild my home, insurance stopped paying for our rental home and all furnishings. So, I stopped by New Caney Furniture to buy a house full of furniture. The delivery guys put holes in my walls and two items were missing. Mike kept telling me that Oscar Rodriguez, the owner, had a guy who would repair my wall. He said the recliner was on back-order and the nightstand had to be stained to match the bedroom set. Then, Mike stopped answering his messages of me following up. Next, I worked with Joe, the manager. Eventually, he told me he was fired. He said I'd better go to the Cleveland location because New Caney shut down. Cleveland did too. Oscar clears his messages daily, I call multiple times. He has never returned a call. So, I filed a lawsuit and he should be getting served any day!
