Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their customer service department answers and hangs up after the phone rings for several minutes. Was looking for a gun safe found one on their website, showed to be a Black Friday deal. Finally got someone to answer they said they have 5 in stock. I asked how much it was and she quoted me the Black Friday price (today Wednesday 11-22-17) I asked if I could pick one up this evening and she said sure. Got there and was told it was a Black Friday deal only. What a waste of time

Everyone knows what Sam's Club is. The customer service here is very good. They will open new lanes if lines get too long and they're very helpful in the aisles.

SAM'S ONLINE & PICK UP SUCKS...
They failed 3 for 3...
I am AMAZED by ALL of the MISTAKES that were made. I am still missing 5  items totaling $67 from my last order  
I strayed from AMAZON thinking SAM'S PICK UP & SHIPPING SERVICES would allow me to  buy in bulk with BIG savings...I WAS WRONG!!!
SAM'S CLUB needs to take notes from AMAZON PRIME!

Great place to shop for bulk items.  They keep the store very clean and safe. I always find everything I need...they have such a great variety of goods. I always love shopping here.

Out of rotisserie chickens AGAIN.
One of the rotisseries is broken, and has been for 3-!! WEEKS.   GAS was 2.11,  and 2.09 right next door at Walmart! Come on, what good is a membership?!
One item had the wrong price per lb on the sticker, ( way wrong), so I showed it to an employee in the frozen section and she basically wanted to know what I wanted her to do about it!
Sam Walton must be spinning in his grave!
