Great customer service!!! Only negative for me was wait time for my furniture. I paid Sunday, but furniture can’t be delivered until Wednesday. I didn’t expect it Sunday, but surely Monday or Tuesday, especially since I’m paying for delivery. Need improvement there....had not been for the patient Wife, I would have gone to a same day delivery furniture store.

I walk in  Sams furniture and was greeted right away!!  I let the sales guy know what I was looking for and he  leaded  me right to it and told me about the great deals they had offer within 15 minutes I was approved,  I was very happy and very pleased after coming from different furniture store that gave me several issues trying to get approved thank you!!! Sams furniture
