This company is no good. They promise one thing then deliver something less than what you pay for hoping you don't catch it. They give you the run around to where you are just sick of dealing with them and is slow on completing projects. Do not use this company unless you like being screwed.

Very disappointed in the lack of service and integrity this company has.  The store location is not managed, and many times walk-in customers are not greeted or acknowledged.  Response time since our hot tub was installed two years ago is very poor.  Phone messages go unanswered.  Something as simple as ordering a replacement part under warranty drags on for weeks/months.  There is an obvious reason for the C- and D- BBB ratings.  Many people in our neighborhood who used this company for the installation of their pools are very unhappy with the service as well.

Do not use Sam's Outdoorliving to do your pool!! Check out his rating on BBB under Sam's Pools. I know 3 pools he has done including mine that have problems one leaks, one has terrible plaster and mine the aggregate on my deck is chipping away. You won't be happy very nice guy till he gets your first check then you can never get a hold of him! The only pictures are pools that turn out good he doesn't post the others. Check out how long staff has worked for him that also tells you what kind of business he does longest employee 4 years! I am not one to write reviews but I feel I have to let people know.

They do the best Hot Tubs.  Wouldn't go elsewhere.
