Horrible customer service. Great first experience with carpets in a rent house so I tried to offer repeat business in my new home and they totally messed up scheduling and service. Clearly indicated what I needed and they just spinned it as a simple misunderstanding and dismissed it. Had to reschedule because they said they didn't have my phone number, but returned my call after I left a message. After one missed appointment, they tried to reschedule again because they didn't have the right equipment! Requested an air duct cleaning because we have a dryer duct obstruction and the owner scheduled a carpet cleaning after a lengthy detailed discussion of what we needed done. Very disappointed.

Brian did a wonderful job. Everything looks and smells great. We had some bad spots he treated and they are gone along with the odor. He was on time, worked around my schedule and very professional. Thanks!
