IF YOU NEED SHOE SERVICE OR AWESOME MEN'S SHOES-- this is the place you need to go to!!!!
Sam's Shoe Service has high quality shoes and they really listen to what your needs/requests are if you are looking for shoes or if you need to repair. My husband purchased a really sharp pair of Kenneth Cole shoes here. He loves them and they are super comfy. They are super unique as well. 
I sent in a pair of suede Stuart Weitzman 50/50 black boots ( I literally wore them all fall for about 4 years). The owners replaced the heel for me and really cleaned the suede very well, when I went to pick them up I was shocked at how brand new they looked. These are 650 boots!!!!!! I was so happy, thank you Sam's Shoe Service for taking care of my boots, I am looking forward to wearing them again and bringing in many of my other shoes for repair!

Black People stop doing business with people that don't respect your business! 

I was in this store today to buy some Saphir shoe  polish. I  was thrown back to hear one of the employees (the tall guy that's usually there) yelling from the top of his lungs at an African American  customer. This employee threaten him and belittled him in front of the entire store. The customer had an issue with his shoes and instead of trying to understand and fix the problem he was yelled at & demeaned. I immediately walked out and I will never return. This wasn't the first time I witnessed them being rude to black people but this was too much. Black People they don't respect your business.  Stop going there.

They did a great job on repairing my heels. Highly recommend for any work needed to repair shoes/purses. While I was in I also got a great deal in a pair of shoes for my husband that he loves. Thanks so much for the great work. I will return.

Phenomenal staff! Highly recommend to everyone! Beautiful shoes to select from and if you ever need to get your shoes repaired and cleaned this is the place to go

I've had shoes repaired and refurbished. They also repair luggage handles and purses! I'm truly satisfied with their work. My husband has also purchased shoes and caps from here.
