Got exactly what I wanted and needed. Great experience overall! Great customer service by all reps, especially Josue Vasquez, our dealer. Definitely a happy customer and will definitely recommend

Experience went as expected. I was greeted very professionally by service advisor Jorge Martinez. We went over the issues and he was to call me with prices before any work was to be done. Jorge did call me and quoted a price of $100. I had them do the work only to later find out that I could have had the work done for about half of the price outside the dealership. I was advised that my truck needed more work but I guess I'll look outside the dealership. Thank you Sames for taking care of the original problem.

I was 916 miles from home(Columbus, Ms). The staff was so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. They made me felt like I was their number one purpose.
