Brought my Samsung S20 to fix almost 2 months ago, he confidently said it would be a screen issue. After fixing it, I had new multiple issues that I've never had before in the 2 years of owning the phone... 1. Low reception anywhere I go, dropped calls constantly. Even when talking to him on the phone he said reception was bad... 2. Battery lasts maybe 6 hours before needing a charge and then takes more than 7 hours to fully charge if it's not turned off. It used to charge when it was still being used now it drops power every minute. 3. Overheats taking pictures needed for business 4. "SIM not inserted" message appears almost daily, randomly me stopping me from making / receiving calls. I also mentioned to him that the backing of the phone that holds the board was not the original part when I got it back, which would also explain the new issues I've been experiencing. Of course they played it down and said they never replaced the backing, there would be no point to do that and yet, it's not the same part... there were specific marks on the back part of the case that were now gone and couldn't be replicated because they were little chip marks from sand being stuck in between the phone and the phone case one time. I've had this phone for over 2 years no issues whatsoever like this until I brought it here. This is what I get for supporting a local business... I'm now out of $200+ when money is scarce and out of a working phone and it drastically hurts my business. Thanks.
Awesome staff, extremely helpful
I met Sam the owner a few year's back ,he worked at his here Monday to Friday then he worked at the flee market on the weekends he has always gone out of his way to fix all my electronic needs laptop, projector I got a tv be box from him over 3 years now I started with 1 I'm up 25 in my house there's been a few times you could have overcharged me and hasn't or could have taken advantage of me personally I love the guy deserves your business if you have an electronical need bring it to him he'll fix it for you he really is one of the good ones......
Excellent customer service. Was able to recover files on my damaged hard drive quickly with no issues. Definitely recommend! Very fair prices.
