I have not had to use their services extensively. And they have always been friendly to me when I come in to drop off a UPS or FedEx package.

would put zero stars if possible. They were so nice when they scanned my paintings. They said they saved it all on their drives. When I asked if I should bring in a flash drive I was told no it would be there & I could call & order cards to be printed. It's not there. They can't find it. I wouldn't trust them at all.

I ship FedEx all the time here. Never had an issue. Wait times can vary with how many people in line but moves at a good speed. Shipping orders need to be right and they are deliberate. On the printing side, I was helped by Nick and he was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to use them!
