Overpriced, ripped me off twice, they try to talk you into buying a setup when you walk in for juice. I've been in there twice, both times with different people they tried to get me to buy something that I wasn't interested in for at least 10 minutes! Wouldn't go in unless you have to. (if you can't make it to Top Vape in Redmond) Otherwise the store itself is extremely nice and they have a wide selection.

Well knowledgeable shop, many products. Higher end, high qualitty, hand blown glass & head shop. Plus vape shop on oposing side of the store. Very helpful staff, and friendly environment.

Ok customer service. The employees that work there are decent. Regularly open late (supposed to open at 930), and overpriced.

I waited to write this review for 6+ months after my initial purchase of a sub ohm mod. I found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. The unit I purchased is still working strong. I was a cigarette smoker at 1-2 packs a day for 15+ years but after getting a mod at this shop I haven't had one since. I recommend this shop to cigarette smokers that have little to no experience with sub ohm vaping. Pricing on MODS is higher but expected with a brick and mortar and a 6 month replacement guarantee on equipment.
