I purchased a diamond wedding band with the help of Ron and his team, and my wife loves it! It was an overall great experience with Samuelson's. There were plenty of different styles to choose from, and I was able to stay within my budget. I have referred friends to Samuelson's and will continue to go there myself. Thanks!

I had the worst experience here. I contacted them to set up an appointment about getting some custom jewelry made from my grandmothers' engagement rings and getting a wedding band that would work with my engagement ring. After showing up and being told that I would need to meet with a jeweler to discuss this I was initially put off since I had told them why I was coming in so this shouldn't have been a surprise. I gave her (Liz) the benefit of the doubt and we eventually came to an understanding. Liz said she would work with me over email to get some initial quotes going for the earrings and the ring I wanted to develop. While she did reach out, she went back and forth with me and eventually said I should go somewhere else to find the product I was looking for. That would have been fine (and even respectable) had I not agreed to a design that SHE suggested. I am baffled as to why they would turn a paying customer away. I will never visit this store again. I'm hoping others have a great experience here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

An estranged family member stole and sold my Great Grandmother's silver to Samuelson's.  I found out one month after it was sold to this store.  Mr. Samuelson not only located but sent the Wallace silverware to my home in Colorado.   The integrity, dedication, and honesty from these people is truly rare in today's business world.  Now I can pass this gift on to my daughter.  Every piece was returned intact in the original bags.  THANK YOU!!!

I went to Samuelson's desperate to find batteries for three watches, including one of great sentimental value belonging to my late father.  They could not have been nicer, and more professional.  The did not make me wait long and were able to quickly fix two of the three watches. The third will need to be brought back when the watchmaker is back in town, but I thoroughly respected that they did not want to take any risk with my expensive watch.  I will definitely go back again.  Made me feel like the old days when being nice and providing good service really mattered!

Went in for service on Sunday and was not serviced professionally.  The very young lady told me they didn't service gemstones not knowing what my full request was.  Ive spent over $6,000.00 at this place, and to get treated like i didnt have knowledge of what is was asking was insulting
