Wonderful experience with this company! Honest, quick, and very straightforward with what they believe is the problem. They came out to fix my hot water heater after another company had been here and had given us a quote. They were doing the same job, but 1/2 the price as the 1st company. The first company had us convinced that instead of just replacing the part, we needed to replace the whole water heater, but then the owner's wife of San Pedro called my husband back to say they were on their way, and not to replace it until her husband looked at it because what they were telling us didn't sound right. Thankfully we listened, sent the 1st company away and got just the part fixed that needed to be done for A LOT less than what we were originally going to spend. Very happy family here and San Pedro Plumbing will definitely be who we call in the future for our plumbing needs!!!!

Excellent Job.  Explained everything that was accomplished and ways to ensure the problem didn't happen again.  Very thorough and knowledgeable.

This was a good experience from start to finish. I was replacing the kitchen faucet myself and discovered that the shutoff valves not only wouldn't shut off, but they had been over-torqued onto the copper pipe stubs. Nothing I  tried could make my new valves seal completely. The dispatcher was very helpful and sent an employee from a group job. He and his truck were clean and professional. He had better valves in the truck, repaired the wall stubs and got us back in service promptly. He got it right the first time. The price was reasonable with no extra charges for special service. I am a very happy customer and intend to call San Pedro Plumbing when it is time to replace my aging hot water heater.
