BAD customer service. I purchased one range hood over there a few years ago, i lost the lamp cover. So i tried to call them to see will they have that stock. She said they don't have it and no stock right now . Then i asked when will they have it, they said u call back later. then i asked like when should i call back, she said u asked me i ask who. I suggest don't buy from them. They only take care the big customer.

They have the best customer service rep I've seen in awhile. I went in the buy a CY998L stainless steel model for my kitchen, and I've gotten the best deal I've search for quite some times. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. They've achieve my expectation with something rarely seen from others. I highly recommend anyone to go there and they will definitely help you.
