My grandfather has had an account with this place for decades and he and his building manager are both given excellent service. I went with him recently  and while the first guy we spoke with sent us in the wrong direction (which was because he was helping someone else and had taken a second to ask us what we were looking for) the second guy brought us to the right place and gave us advice about the pipe clamp we were buying. Then the cashier was very friendly and said she knew our building manager, which was very nice! This place is great if you want a less generic hardware store.

Great hardware store!  Rather go here then Home Depot. The staff is plentiful, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!  The owner, Dino is the nicest guy in the business.
