I have mix fillings about this place. Yes its clean and the P.A's are very knowledgeable and caring. However, there is no MD(Doctor (I've never met Dr. Sanchez))on site.if you have an appointment @ 10am, expect to be seen by the P.A at almost 11 and leave close to 12.If you need to speak to someone about a follow up or have a question for your doctor, you can only speak to a nurse between 2-4pm. once you are transferred then you can wait up to 20 in silence(btw when they transfer you they don't tell you they are transferring you or that you have to wait a long time.

Front desk hoodlum/ladies are ridiculously rude and need of customer service skills. it's disappointing to see how bad they treat our older folks. the Sanchez Medical Center is worse than the county hospital. I'm glad and looking forward on changing to a different plan and doctor. Wishing I could rate the Sanchez Medical Center a 0 for their sucky unprofessional services, but it is impossible with Google.

My experience was terrible . This clinic is clean and very spacious . But the workers here are not so good .My dad and I came in this morning at 10:55 , my dad has a sore throat, fever for 2 days ,His whole body in pain could rarely talk ,and walk and the front desk worker still manages to tell us to wait for 4 stupid hours . She settled an appointment for 2:45! That's out of control . Do the doctors and workers her don't take patients in consideration???

Very nice doctors. They have several all good and experience. They are caring and professional I have 5 kids and they all come. I recommend to family and friends
