Sandpoint Women's Health is terrible. They are inept. They lack compassion. They don't even try to act like they care. There has been times they haven't bothered to look at charts. They don't answer their phones & rarely bother to return your phone calls. The staff has failed to introduce themselves when they first came in the room. I was bounced all over never really having one doctor. Being they are part of Bonner General Hospital I also state the fact that my twins were given another woman's colostrum!!! The only doctor who there that is good is Dr. Algoe.

I kinda hate this place. They make me feel like a piece of meat everytime I go to my prenatal appointments. They don't care if they hurt you during exams and also ask weird or inappropriate questions.

I have never had a negative experience with prenatal care. Staff is kind and caring.

Always feel welcomed and comfortable when I come here, as everybody who works here is friendly and happy to help. They are flexible with what you need, and are willing to make arrangements for things to work for you. Overall a wonderful place!

I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism and integrity in the health industry before my experience with Sandpoint Womens health. I moved to Sandpoint over a year ago and have been trying to get in to be seen by a doctor. After making an appointment 5 months in advance, I was called the day before my appointment tell me they need to reschedule. At this point I was rescheduled for 3 weeks later, not more than 6 months since my first outreach to this facility. Sure enough, I just received another call to say that they have to cancel my appointment and they can't get me in for another 3 weeks. How can I even trust that they would pull through with the 3rd appointment scheduled. I'm extremely frustrated, this is how they treat a new patient? - if you aren't accepting new patients, then just be up front and honest instead of wasting 6 months of my time. 6 months I could have been looking for another doctor to see. This should have been a ZERO star review, but that is not an option.
