This is a great theater and is very clean. The staff is very nice as well and try to help you out. The quality of the sound and screen are about average but sometimes are better. Tuesdays are the day to go since its cheaper all day long.

The location is in a good location. It’s near a largish cluster of hotels, which makes it convenient. The service is decent, and seats are not spectacular but they are comfortable.

There were tornado warnings, so we call an 90 minutes ahead to see if our movie is still playing. They told me check back an hour before it starts so we drop the kids off at our parents and call back 20 minutes before showtime. They tell us yes our movie is still on. We run in soaked from the pouring rain, get to the counter and ask for tickets. She says sorry it’s been cancelled due to tornado warning which delayed the previous movie (3 hours earlier). Well screw you too Sandusky Cinemark 🖕🏼 we’re going to Norwalk from now on

I was there today and the electricity went out a few times (3) but for less than 10 minutes each time ..This is the first time this has ever happened to me at this theater and I have been there 100s of times..Some people acted like it was the worst thing that ever happened to them..good grief! We still got to see the entire movie and the staff was so helpful letting us know what was going on..plus we got free passes and alot of people got their money back
