I had an amazing experience at Sanford in Sioux Falls, SD. Dr Asfora honestly saved me performing an incredible spine surgery reconstructing a previous 3 level APLIF. I also saw Dr Thambi who fixed a hernia for me that was making me miserable. Everyone during the whole process at Sanford in Sioux Falls was honest, caring, patient, polite. A big thank you to the anesthesiologists and nurses that took such great care also. I appreciate not waking up sick. You all made it so much easier!! I just can't say enough good. It's been along road and I sure appreciate everything everyone did for me and my family. I'd tell anyone not to give up make a trip to Sanford Hospital Sioux Falls SD first any day.

Sanford is one greedy hospital. Before switching from Sanford to Avera we had talked to both the clinic we used and the hospital and paid the remaining bills we had. We had asked if there was anything else pending at both locations and were told no. Now, 1 YEAR later, we received bills that were "pending insurance" and still have another pending when we had been extra sure that we paid everything before we switched hospital. My wife called the Sanford billing department and all she was told is im sorry about 25 times. Sanford is absolutely pathetic.

Amazing doctors, amazing facility, amazing staff. Fast quick and straight to finding out what is wrong and they actually treat you like a human being and not a number.

Worst hospital stay ever, both times because I got staff infection the first time. Only one nurse was half competent and caring both times. Dr Walker butchered me twice. The food service staff were good. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

Had a baby girl there. Maternity ward was,an amazing place l. The nurses were so nice. Wish remember there names. Even at labor and delivery room. They would not leave my side. Witch I liked that. Bunch of really nice nurses. I will go there again.
