This is a one-stop-shop for any athlete. And always trying to improve on an already awesome experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. And always immaculate. Equipment is always in top condition. Highly recommend!

Facility is great, very personable staff. The Only issue I have is many of the locks of the the lockers are worn out and should be relaced. Been a fan there for years. Love it!!

The people that I have come in contact with are very helpful and genuinely friendly. The facility has always been very clean and very well equipped with modern state of the art equipment in my opinion. The swimming pool facility is the best that we have found and we have tried other facilities, we gladly remained at our Sandford Wellness Center

I would be nice if some people would not use the locker room like their own personal spa. Wrap yourself with a towel or put on some shorts for God sake. I never use the vanities because I've seen way more than anyone should have to.

Not a good place for single people. Unless you are about 6 foot 5" AND 300lbs and all muscle! As well as having arms larger than my head! The ladies will NOT give you the time of day here. Talk about gymtimidation here. It is severe! So many genetically gifted people {which I am not} that probably spent their whole life in a gym! I quit Sanford and started going to Planet Fitness. I have not been snobbed once there unlike my many snobbed experiences here at Sanford! I saw the ladies having conversations with the big muscle guys on a daily basis when I was a member there. A great place to work out though! Especially if your genetically gifted. Unlike me. I'm more of a computer geek. I guess gyms just aren't my thing.
