
Students of Strength utilizing hardstyle principals to improve movement patterns and create more resilient humans. Training is centered around the kettlebell, but also utilizes bodyweight, barbell, and various other tools to feel better and get STRONGer!
Students of Strength offering personal training, small group training, and group classes. Utilizes hardstyle principals to build strength, skill, and functionality through precise technique to maximize safety and results. When you join the club, you receive 1-on-1 coaching until you can safely and effectively perform the basic human fundamental movement patterns we will train in our group, along with the hardstyle kettlebell swing, goblet squat, and turkish get-up. The swing, squat, and get-up are the center of the kettlebell universe. We will build all other skills through these movements as you progress through our system. At each progression through our system, you will unlock new movements to add to your training. This is our way of ensuring everybody in our community is performing at the appropriate level of difficulty while still training side by side with people at all levels with the same common goal in mind: to feel better and get STRONGer!
