I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Miguel Loya, however after being passed around for more than 20 minutes, and no one could give me an approximate cost or cost coding for a first time visit.  Instead I was told it all depends on what the doctor decides to code it as.  Awesome, so next time I go to a restaurant my waiter will charge me for filet mignon even though I ordered a burger.  I find that completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Dr. Julia Billington and her staff are AWESOME.. I'm very blessed to have her as my primary care physician!!

I live in Santa Maria and went to a couple clinics locally; with a few medical issues no one seemed to care to help me resolve.  I have been in healthcare for 15 years and was very discouraged with the lack of care I'd received and tried this clinic on a patient's referral.  My primary care doctor is: Dr. Julia Billington and she is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had.  She spent time with me, listened to me, did not rush me and then she broke it all down as to how she was going to address each issue until resolved.  WOW... now THIS is what healthcare used to be about and I am so happy to find a doctor that is so efficient and compassionate.  If I have to make a doctor visit, I have no problem driving the distance to see her over anyone else.  The office staff and nurses are also very pleasant and helpful.  Great combination of 'old school' medical care and kindness with all the bells and whistles of modern technology.
