Over the past 2 weeks SB Merchant Service has reviewed our Credit Card processing charges. We had no idea we were paying over $900 per month in transaction charges + Statement fees and Bank fees. Craig was able to show us why were were paying so much and how, with the exact same merchant company (Wells Fargo/FirstData) we can reduce our monthly Credit Card processing to under $200 for a net savings of $700 per month. To say I'm happy is an understatement! THANK YOU CRAIG!!! Just today we are process under the new account.

We have been working with SBMerchant for 5 years and I've known Craig for over 15 years. "Make a Payment" on my website has changed my life. His expertise has created an additional 100K in sales. He manages our email and telecom services. He moved part of our yellow page spend to the internet in 2009. He does security on our mobile phones and iPad's. He just saved me $100 on Quickbooks. He is our efficiency expert!
