Ted at Pack and Post is our hero! We had an emergency, long distance shipping crisis and he took superb care of us every step of the way. He went well above and beyond what we asked him to do - it was like having a friend take care of us when we weren't there to do it ourselves. Truly the best customer service I've ever experienced, and then some! Use them first, and with confidence. Look no further.

What a GREAT service and experience. My wife and I purchased several fragile items during our visit to the USA, requiring packing for check in with Qantas on our return flight to Australia. We loaded all the items into a large suitcase, and handed the items over to Dom, at Pack & Post. We returned two days later to pick up the large box containing our items. The initial quote was $75 which we thought was very reasonable, but we were only charged $65. When we finally made it home in Australia, to unpack the items, we were amazed at how ell the items had been secured with bubble wrap and placed in smaller boxes, before being placed in the large box. I had also requested handles to be available on the large box to facilitate handling at the airport, which was also delivered. Having relocated and travelled over the World, experiencing the pros and cons of packing and boxing, I have no hesitation in recommending Pack & Post. you will to be disappointed. Thanks again.
