Awful. Mandatory e-filing, but when you need questions answered, there is no one to answer. This has lasted for about a week now. How can one expect to have judicial economy when you have a backed up court system with clerks that cannot answer a phone. Get your act together. This is more directed at the Probate department

They didn't change the time on their website about closing at 3 pm instead of 5 pm. I came from los banos, ca. Just a waste of time, mileage and gas.

Apparently in California you can steal stuff, be caught on security cameras, and this sht court says the person isn't responsible for their own actions of stealing stuff. Good to know! I will go steal my stuff right back since the court doesn't care.

this court protects RAPIESTS. Aaron Persky or Aaron Pestky must resign. BrockTuner raped a girl and got 6 month in jail. Also, Santa Clara jail guard killed an inmate before. Something is seriously wrong with the justice system in this county. Nobody is interested in true and fair execution of law in this court, so please all who enters, abandon all hopes.
