Awful. The self help center is a joke. The Indian woman at the front desk should be let go from her job. She yells at people and treats them poorly. I use to be an office manager,and have worked with the public for many years and have never met anyone that is so disrespectful and looks down on people as this woman. She had a bunch of what looked like law students and she was mean to them as well. The poor girl that was trying to help at the front desk looked like she was ready to cry. You are under enough stress when you show up and this woman makes it worse. A young lady started crying outside and said she yelled at her and made her baby cry. On top of that you have to pay enomous amounts of money to park. If you aren't there at 5:00 in the morning forget it. Then they tell you to consult an attorney when you can't afford one. The poor can't get help and like me my husband who abused me is prolonging this divorce leaving me trapped for two years after abuse. You go to an attorney and they wonder why you waited so long and then dont take your case. This judicial system abuses the abused.

The meaning of Artificial Intelligence is to produce robots that replace those lazy and rude clerks to do a qualified work for people of San Jose. Let those clerks who don't want to work and can't always work during their work time go home and stay at home happily ever after.
