Just bought a 2015 certified Tundra from these guys and received top notch service in every department. Curt in Sales was a great example of how car salesmen ought to conduct themselves; friendly, approachable, expedient, fair, respectful. He laid the common stigma to rest. Rod, the used car sales manager was accommodating and responsive in that he gave me his personal cell to quickly resolve any troubles. Lastly, Thomas from the service department quickly addressed my needs and conveniently resolved all issues with no hang-ups and was straight forward with a smile. I'll be back to give them my business because as a team they all played their part to make it an enjoyable experience. Thanks guys!

We are so happy with the deal that we got. Sanders Woodall, help us a lot with the situation that we are in and demands that we want. Nick Valenzuela is so awesome finding us a great deal for our car, and he works so fast and efficient that we don’t have to stay in the dealership the whole day. We are so enjoying driving our new car. It is so worth it coming back to this dealership!

I just leased a car from them. Curt, the sales person is so helpful and very nice to talk with. We came in after work. So when we finished all the paperwork with finance, it was already 8:30. They get off work at 8pm. But Curt was still waiting for us and later gave us a thorough walk-through of all the car features and helped me hook up bluetooth and everything. Nina is very quick with emails and online inquiry. The most important thing is they honor their words. It's not like they gave you one thing over the phone to trick you into the store and then raise the price once you walk in, which was the exact experience I had with another Toyota dealership closer to me.

Have never had a better experience then the one at Rancho Santa Margarita Toyota, I don’t have the greatest credit but their finance company was able to work with me and get me into my dream car thanks Nick! And the salesman, I can’t even begin to tell you how helpful and informative they are! Helped me connect everything to my car and made sure I knew how to use it before I drove off the lot thank you Chance! I have been a committed Toyota customer for 11 years and this is exactly why, because of their exceptional team! I will come back again and again because they really make you feel like part of the Toyota family! Thank you Chance and Nick! You guys ROCK!

My wife and I were looking for a used Sienna. After many dealerships we found the right one at the right price at Santa Margarita Toyota. Sanders was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and show us how to use features that were new to us. The entire staff there was kind and we felt no pressure to buy. The day after we brought the van home we noticed that the detail guy didn't do the greatest job of making our van look like new. (which is why I'm only giving this 4 starts) I called the dealership and brought the van back and pointed out some small things I wanted fixed / cleaned. They accommodated my schedule and offered me a loaner vehicle while they did the work. (including a battery replacement) Reyes and Rod were amazing at this and made me feel like an MVP. They took care of every little thing. I feel that they did everything in their power to make things right.
