In 2017, we're celebrating 20 years of business in Orange County, and we feel like we're just getting started! Since opening in 1997, we have sold thousands of new Ford cars and trucks, as well as thousands more used vehicles, while we have developed lasting relationships with our customers. I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang from a different Ford dealer. Within 7 months, I noticed a noise coming from the transmission and differential when shifting in and out of park. I called the dealer in an attempt to get it fixed under warranty and they advised me of a wait time of over two months. Instead of waiting two months, I went with Santa Margarita Ford due to its proximity to my home. I called in at 7am, right when they opened on a weekday. They scheduled me to come within an hour. I brought in my car and spoke to Miguel in the services department. He told me the issue would be looked into the same day. I left my car with the dealership and five hours later received a phone call from Miguel stating the problem was identified and could be fixed overnight. I agreed to the overnight service and picked up my car the very next day. Everything was covered under warranty and the process was completely smooth and painless. After my great experience here, I realized I should have went to Santa Margarita Ford before buying elsewhere. Highly recommended.

As always my experience with the service dept was excellent. Tony is efficient, informative, kind & considerate. It is very comforting to have a representative to handle as well as anticipate your service questions and concerns. His does a fantastic job & I am a very happy customer. I would also need to mention Cesar, the gentleman Tony arranged to drive me home. Cesar is another feather in the RSM Ford cap. He is professional & courteous. He is fun & maintains a good conversation. It was a joy speaking with him.

Outstanding Service! Been a loyal customer for 15+ years at Santa Margarita Ford! Dan Hernandez is my go to guy and is beyond professional. Miguel has been my go to Service Advisor for some time now and he is super friendly and always follows up with complete and accurate information. Ive never once had a bad experience, if something went wrong, Miguel always reached out and offered to have a solution to the problem with quick turn around times! Keep it up RSM Ford team! You guys are awesome!

Santa Margarita Ford makes everything so easy when it comes to the service center. I recently went to Santa Margarita Ford for a routine oil change and my 30,000 mile service. Miguel Aparicio is simply the best and made sure everything went perfectly with my service. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready and even left my car with the sales floor so I could pick up my car after the service center was closed. If you need any service done on your Ford you should reach out to this dealership and ask for Miguel. As always Santa Margarita Ford goes above and beyond in the customer service area and I am so thankful I have this dealership to go to for service of my car.

Recently bought a 2016 Ford Focus with David service was amazing and I left confident and happy with my car. Just brought it in for a oil change, my service advisor was Miguel he was very nice and had my car ready on time! Love this place!
