From the moment I walked into the Santa Paula Chevrolet dealership a smile has been on my face! Ive gone to other Chevy dealerships in the past few days and wasn't welcomed like I was here. I was greeted by a gentleman named Larry who I had an appointment with and he  answered all my questions with a smile and didn't mind when I asked a question again. He was really knowledgeable about the car and knew all the features very well. We went on a test drive and I fell in love with the Chevy Cruze! It's such a great car! Once Inside the sales department I met the sales manager, Jason, and he made buying a new car the most fun experience ever! I've been checking out other dealerships for the past few days and Santa Paula gave me the best offer and that's what sealed the deal with me today. They worked with me and took me step by step through everything and they genuinely want their customers to leave satisfied.  I definitely recommend this dealership for any and all car needs. I'm a proud Chevy owner and I'm so glad I chose this place to make my first purchase! You won't regret it!

We were greeted and helped immediately. Soon we were shown the type of car we were looking for and then we tested the model we chose. We got the best price for our trade in. We got a great deal on our new car. We are very happy with our car and Santa Paula Chevrolet. Everyone is highly professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you Santa Paula Chevrolet!

Work on my Volt was begun soon after I arrived. The problem was diagnosed quickly. The needed replacement cable was in stock at the Parts Department. The defective cable was replaced quickly. Material and labor was covered under warranty. I was heading home in my car in less time than I originally thought. Well done Santa Paula Chevrolet!

Amazing dealership, everyone was very very helpful and friendly. Owner is a great guy who knows how to run the place. I did not once have a problem with anything. I would definitely refer this place to all my family and friends. If making another purchase, I would make sure to come back.
