I think they did great. Updated technology, time efficient, and diligent in responding to my questions and concerns. I received a bill for services that I thought my insurance was supposed to cover. When I called, I was contacted back within 10 minutes by the manager directly, who confirmed with me that the charges have been cleared between the insurance and the office. Good job team. Thank you, and I will be back.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Landers and he was very kind. He took care of my dental care and was very thorough without being judgemental. Him and his assistant Karen were very transparent with pricing and I left feeling content and educated. Also, their work was clean and of impeccable quality!

My 8 yr old son and I both had our first appointment and they made us feel so comfortable. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.

Tried to "upsell' a laser cleaning. (Two years ago I was overcharged and SRDC was forced to reduce charges after bbb complaint.)  As for the laser therapy, the ADA says there is "No consistent benefit" to this very expensive procedure:

Told I couldn't continue normal cleanings without deep clean and laser therapy. (An estimated $700 procedure?!!) Nice office if don't mind being overcharged for unnecessary treatments. 

Update: I have been constantly called, texted and emailed at least 20+ times to call, come in for a meeting, cancel an appointment etc in the two weeks since posting this review after clearly stating in person and by phone that I do not wish to have this laser therapy procedure and do not want to continue to be a patient. They REALLY want this review gone I guess but it is my honest experience and I don't want to see others taken advantage of financially for questionable procedures. Stay tuned! Geesh. 

(Notice all the glowing 5 star reviews are from first time reviewers all saying the same thing? Hmm)
