I loved the nail technician and always made an appointment with her every two weeks.  I drive in from out of town and this last time we had snow, it took me a little longer because of the roads.  I was 20 minutes late to my appointment because of that.  As I was apologizing for being late, I was told everything was fine.  Well, when I went to pay the manager completely ripped into me about how I need to call the next time if I’m going to be late.  He went on and on, it was humiliating and I was totally embarrassed as customers were staring.  He was scolding me like I was a child!  Needless to say did not schedule my next appointment and won’t EVER go back.  Nice place, but you will pay for it if you’re late for a scheduled appointment!!!

I went there to get a manicure and decided to do powder dip and tips as well. The lady did my nails quickly (which isn’t always a bad thing) but did not do my manicure like I asked such as cuticle treating, massage, etc. She had a appointment scheduled at 12pm who was 45 minutes late. Even though her appointment was late, she rushed me to get to her. Lastly, the main reason why I went there was because I had a gift card. Apparently, only the manager knows how to run gift cards at the register but he wasn’t there so she could not take it. I had to pay out of pocket for $50 when I had a gift card. I am not pleased by this place which is sad because it has such high reviews. ☹️

Great place! Very nice inside and good service. Got in with very little wait, and they did a spectacular job. Highly recommend, I know where I will be going from now on!

I got a dip powder manicure here yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I didn't have to wait at all when I got there and Wes did an excellent job! He was very informative when he was explaining my options and helped me choose the perfect color. This was my second time getting a dip powder manicure here and I'll definitely be back!

I go to Sapa Nails on a regular basis and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the establishment is clean and relaxing. Last week I took my bridal party to Sapa and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for myself and all the girls. Such a great place!!!
