Great selection of new and used vehicles! I bought my last two trucks from Sarat. The sales staff is great! They don't try to sell you on anything, they sincerely want to help you find and get what you're looking for. The finance department is awesome too! They work hard to get you the right financing. I highly recommend Sarat Ford!

Recently bought a car from them and the experience was wonderful. The salesman was attentive and listened to my needs and input, a huge difference from my experience at Northampton Volkswagen. After I went back for a free oil change, I had multiple staff asking how I was and how I liked the car. Super friendly and they actually care about their customers! Other dealerships take note!

A few months ago, I purchased my first Lincoln. I recently had a service issue and brought the vehicle into the service dept. The service reception experience is excellent. Nicole (Service Advisor) was very nice and very professional. She not only provided a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop, it was a late model Lincoln! At one point in the process, I did have a concern and asked to speak to John (Service Manager). John is very responsive and very professional. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Very nice dealership, pleasant to deal with these people. Knowledgeable and very helpful and absolutely no pressure on customer. Excellent waiting area.

Bought a 2008 Fusion ( my Camry unexpectedly died). It was quick and painless. My first check up on it was easy and done on time. IF I had to find something that needed attention, it would be that I cannot get a text when car is ready. I am unable to get phone calls on cell as I work in the basement and calls won't go through. I was told it would be done by the time I get out of work and it was. In October 2017 I took it in for some work, received a text when it was ready.. Place is clean, staff friendly, especially Service Manage John Gentile
