Soo.... This has never happened , but I just chipped a tooth with this in the chicken... I dont even know what it is. Feels like some sort of hard plastic of some kind....so that's how my day is going, gonna contact customer service.
Nothing wrong with the food, it's great. But this place is closed at the most random times and basically makes it impossible to show up on time. They don't answer the phone so the time can be confirmed. Just a mess of a set up. The mall closes at 8 and they don't even stay open till then like the mall website or Google or their own website says. You get there before 7 and they've been closed since 5:45. Its absolutely ridiculous.
It looks better than it is. Ok, so it’s a Mall Food Court fast food experience but it was really basic. I had the Shrimp Teriyaki combo meaning a very generous portion of rice. It was actually a pretty big meal but the shrimp were fairly small. Flavors were just ok. Beg hey, it was only $8 and you get to sit and eat and people watch! VictorB
Honestly this is one of my favorite places to eat and usually the staff is kind. But on Tuesday 2/8/2022 at 4pm, whoever was working cashier and grill were the RUDEST people. The cashier seemed to be annoyed that me and my family were ordering, and then didn’t even put down what we wanted, so we just let it go because they were busy and then they call our orders, which were three separate and I picked up the first two, and then when they called my order they questioned me saying I already got food and I showed them my receipt with number and the remark the grill gave me was “it’s fine I guess”. Excuse me ? You called my number and it’s the food I ordered. And then the cashier didn’t hand me my drink and I waited and I asked if it was my drink she put and on the side and she didn’t say a word to me and then annoyingly nodded her head. I honestly don’t ever want to eat here again.
What a horrible experience! The food was forgettable, my dumplings were cold and when I asked for a drink they just pointed to a sign that said: "No ice". What bothered me the most though, was to see how little management cares for the poor service they're giving to their customers. After ordering my food I waited 30 MINUTES to get it, at a food court! Who does that? By the time they called my number, my husband's food which he smartly ordered from a different vendor was cold. Never making the mistake of ordering food from this place.again.
Waited in line 20 minutes to order just to find out they weren't making sushi and had no ice for drinks. The person taking our order had absolutely filthy hands. Waited over 30 minutes for out completely underwhelming meal 0 stars, would not recommend.
Service was awesome! The guys were very polite and joyful. Usually the girls don't act very nice. Food was delicious! We shared a teriyaki chicken and it was more than enough. Forgot to take a pic!
The chicken Bento was delicious and an incredible value. Huge variety and taste for cheap.
The food is great but the customer service is even better. I was there on a Saturday and ended up paying cash after the machine didnt accept my card. When I got home I saw that it had come out but at the time the receipts weren't printing so there was no way to know until it showed up in my account later that night. I came back the following Thursday and without any fuss they offered to refund me. I'll definitely be eating here when I'm at the mall
Love this place! Highly recommend the teryaki chicken. Extra meats only $1.69. Its not really needed but I cant resist lol. I always ask for extra scoop of sauce for even more flavor. Ask for there card and after every 5 meals you get 1 free. So the wife n I go twice and 3rd visit we get 1 of our meals free.
