I recently drove 45 minutes out of the way to bring my boots here to be oiled by staff for free as I do nearly every month yet today when I asked to have my boots oiled, the younger lady staff member pointed to the corner of the store and rudely barked “you can oil them yourself at our oiling station” which was a bunch of brushes and random unidentifiable oils literally tossed in the corner, at which point I walked out the door never to come back as I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to them for having spent $400 on a pair of their boots (I was also the only person in the store at the time).  The only reason why I gave two stars not one is because I’ve come here before when there was other staff members who happily went out of their way to ask    me!...   If I wanted my boots oiled for free.  And I know from other customers and friends who shop here that all agree that employees at this store have been labeled as lazy or rude. Therefore I am shocked to have come here year after year and these same troublesome employees I’ve spoke of, still have jobs.  I will never come to this store location again.

Everything about this store is what makes going to a store a pleasant experience. I did not buy anything other then socks but the staff knew what they were selling and were very helpful
