I am a regular here! All of the aestheticians are wonderful and take good care of me! It's easy to book appointments over the phone or online and I have no problems finding openings for last minute waxing! The best thing about this place is that it's prices are super AFFORDABLE!!

I LOVE this place and even recommend it when people ask me where I go to get waxed. A recent experience rubbed me the wrong way. I had a appointment I had all intentions on keeping. I was running late called and to speak with someone. The owner and she informed me that I wouldn’t be too late for my appointment. I understood I still wanted my service so I asked for another appointment. She gave me a time and said I would have to provide a credit card. It wasn’t a problem but I asked why since I had never had to do this before. She explained this was the 2nd appointment I had missed. She asked did i want to know when. Sure she tells me the time then says do you want the appointment or not. Wooah there tone and approach is everything. Obviously I wanted the appointment I wouldn’t have asked. You didn’t have to say it like that. You came off rude and it wasn’t appreciated. Granted I’m late I understand that and was apologetic. I am a nurse once it’s time for me to leave I can’t drop things and just clock out because it’s 8am. If I’m with a resident I have to finish care. I didn’t intentionally miss my appointment or be late. While I understand you missed out on money for that time I was still trying to come. Outside of that I’ve never had a bad experience the ladies are great and they do a great job.

awesome customer service :) staff is extremely considerate and friendly. I had Kara and she made the experience so much better. She was very funny and efficent. Would definitely recommend Sassafras!

I had a great experience at my brow and bikini wax this morning. The salon is cute, very clean, and well-lit; my esthetician was really fun to talk to and got my mind off the pain. The prices are very fair for the quality of service I received. Now that it's been a few hours, my redness has faded and I am smooth as a dolphin. Will definitely be back!

I've been going to this salon for over a year now for my brazillian wax and absolutely love Kara! She makes the waxing as painless and quick as possible. Plus she's just a kick-ass girl all around so I look forward to my catch up appointments every month :)
