If you are looking for an amazing Thai massage or a skillfully guided private yoga lesson, Kaitlin is one of the best teacher/massage therapists I've found yet.  Her easy going approach immediately puts you at ease, and her knowledge of complimentary disciplines really does provide a synergistic approach to health and well-being.  As a mindfulness practitioner and guide myself, I can attest that she readily understands and applies the many benefits of the mind-body connection for full effect, greatly enhancing the experience and positive outcomes.  She is truly a great find compared to all of the other mediocre practitioners in the Seattle area!

Yoga with Kaitlin provides me and my busy mind with the luxury of experiencing easy detachment. Of course, I enjoy her gentle instruction technique, as she guides us to deepen our poses.  Of course, I appreciate the physical benefits of becoming stronger and more flexible. But I keep returning to Yoga practice with Kaitlin, several times, each week, because of her skill in guiding me to achieve a New Cycle of Wellness which is very personal and tangible - after each session. This is the Joy of practicing Yoga with Kaitlin.

I was in an auto accident this summer, my body was in so much pain daily. The relief I was able to get  because I made the right decision for my deep tissue massages,  just her ability to help my body continue healing but also her professional approach.  Her knowledge of the body as well as being able to explain the reason behind some of the pain. The studio is very therapeutic,  easy to locate, and very safe which makes it relaxing. Very flexible with scheduling and the professional care this lady displays is magnificent.  Her healing power is special,  definitely would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

The best yoga class I have ever been. Kaitlin is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She takes time to help you and find the correct form in a posture if  you can’t to get into it. She makes you feel comfortable in the class. Recommended 100%!  :)

I was searching for a good massage therapist without going long distance. Well, I found one: Kaitlin! She combines her expertise as a Yoga teacher with her healing abilities as a therapist. My neck and shoulder pains are now much more manageable. With Kaitlin's help, I am hoping that they will be under control for good,
