Working with a small town company allows the connection needed to form honest trustworthy relationships providing comfort during some of the largest buying and selling decisions in your life.  When you work with Saunders, you become like family and there is an open line of communication for years after the transaction ends! Watching SREP grow and to be a part of the growth is exciting. I love the company and what we stand for.

They were not honest with us about their integrity. Kept our deposits with no discussion and no inspections. Very rude when they didn't get their way. Very poor with timing for sure. Friendly as good be before anything was signed.
