Purchased a gallon of milk....get home and realize that it expires in 1.5 days. CHRIS tells me that she can't take it back. So i ask why do they sell it without a discount if it is expiring. She says "it will keep for At least another week pass the day". This may or not be true but that is up to a parent to still want to feed it to their child. $3 hopefully was worth losing a customer. It's all about how you approach a situation....customer service is key.
