I know this a few days late but I have been extremely busy. But my daughter wasn't feeling well and was dehydrated so she came there to be seen on August 18 and when she went to sign in the lady at the front desk Latasha informs my daughter that she doesn't take her insurance so my daughter calls me and tells me that and I told her you wr just there not too long ago and they took it then. So my daughter says to her I was here not too long ago did you change it since then. Well at that point Latasha says to my daughter well I will just register you and get you back there then. Not sure what that was all about if it was just pure laziness or not liking her job but it's definitely not good for your business. And what reminded me to do this is I was talking to my daughter about it and she said she was there one other time(Not sure of the exact date)but the same lady Latasha did it to her before. Not trying to get anyone in trouble but when someone goes to an Urgent Care they usually don't feel well and the last thing they want is to be turned away because lack of money or no insurance. Maybe she needs a little more training in the medical field because I'm sure compassion is a big part of that title. Honestly I wouldn't even give the visit for my daughter a one star.

Great experience!! I went there to get some stitches in my finger and was seen right away. Sandy was hands down the best nurse I've ever had!!! I'm highly recommending this urgent care to everyone!

They are set up for drug testing instead of an urgent care. I went there with 102 fever and the flu. I watched person after person go in the back ahead of me, even those that showed up after I did. The receptionist told me those people went online to secure appointments .... mainly for drug testing. I waited over an hour and decided to leave...I could have gone to an emergency room to wait this long. I left and went to Grosse Pointe Urgent care and was seen within 15-20 minutes. I won't go back to MedPost as long as they take appointments for drug testing ahead of people sick or injured.

Barely looked at my issue and didn't even listen to my symptoms. I got two prescriptions that were worthless and I had to go somewhere else to find out what was really wrong with me. Wish I could ask for a refund because I would.

Very friendly, easy to talk to. My prescription worked and I was able to continue my vacation. Nice big parking lot, clean facility, it was fast.
