I'd been shopping here for years and never experienced a problem until today. I'd When to checkout and to start their was only 1 cashier line open and I'd was the third person waiting in line. After standing there almost 5 minutes the cashier a older blonde lady shuts off her light and says she can't check me out! WHAT!!! I'd told her that she is wrong for doing that plus I'd work in retail for 3 years and you don't do that to customers! I'd complain to the manager and hopefully he takes care of it. That was ridiculous! All because she wanted to go on her lunch break.

You have to pay attention in order to get the best deals, and the place is a little grimy, but we still shop here for certain groceries fairly regularly. There are a few exceptional cashiers who are always very nice, and the butcher also seems very willing to give great service. I also like that they reuse the boxes in which the food is delivered to give away to customers instead of wasteful bags (though, they do sell normal grocery bags at a nominal fee for those of you who prefer that).

The store is small, they remolded the store about two years ago. Sometimes when I buy fruit apples,banana's sometimes they're not that good. The apples are not crisp the banana's are over ripe and old with a lot of bruises. The tomatoes are sometimes old and soft. Prices are moderate, if you are not looking for name brand products. No Thrill's brand.
