As a organization gathering,  we were treated well and no server problems. Food came out fast and hot. Room was clean and neat. All made for a pleasant experience.

Food is good and Trey is an amazing server. He clearly takes pride in his job. He is funny and made sure we had everything we needed. Will return because of his great service and the good food.

Great service,  fun band. Pretty good food. The menu is a little confused, lots of plastic glass are and flatware, way lowkey for the area and hotel

I have never had service so poor and pathetic until I came to this establishment. I don't know if the waitress was just having an off day or what the issue was but she would take 15-20 minutes to come check our table and this was near the end of our meal. I caught the waitress sitting at another table socializing and when I was looking around so I could pay and finally leave she asked if I was looking for her. What should have been a 30-45 minute dinner turned out to be more over an hour mainly because of the horrible customer service. I only rated 2 stars because the fries were really good but not good enough to sit through another night of poor service. I have only been to one other restaurant inside a hotel and for good reason.

Stayed at the Best Western and had dinner here a couple of nights.. The staff are like night and day.  Excellent service at the bar.. Not so good at the tables.  The prices are really good especially during happy hour and the food was tasty. Would definitely recommend Savory but suggest bar seating for the best experience.
