The sofa we ordered arrived over a month after the expected delivery date. I was called on a Tuesday to schedule delivery on a Wednesday afternoon - I took the afternoon off work, but it never showed up, and my calls and emails went unanswered.  The next day i got a call saying they were 15 minutes away, and I had to  rush home to
meet them. To top it off, we had paid for platinum delivery, but realized later the sofa wouldn’t fit through the interior door. When the drivers arrived we told them them that, and asked if they would be able to lift it up a ladder to the exterior door - they said they could not (understandably), and left it outside the house. I emailed the company to request a refund for the platinum fee, and was rudely turned down - and they haven’t replied to my follow up email. Very poor customer service.

They are very well mannered salespeople on the phone. I was very happy with their customer service. Anytime I emailed for an update it was answered in minutes. I will very likely be back.

I purchased a Natuzzi leather couch and loveseat. After waiting more than 12 weeks for delivery they arrived. The loveseat was defective. They listened to my complaint and then stopped replying. Not until after I hired an attorney was my complaint addressed. Another 12 weeks later and another very poorly made love seat arrived. I gave up and got rid of both pieces. They will not stand behind the products they sell. Buyer Beware!!!

Buyer beware! I purchased a couch from this company and it showed up damaged at delivery. I refused delivery and requested a full refund or that they send me a new couch. The company is trying to force me to pay nearly $700 in roundtrip shipping costs to be deducted from my refund even though they claim their shipping process is fully insured. They refuse to file an insurance claim. This has been ongoing for four months now. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

Savvy Home Store has been Great from the beginning of looking for furniture!!
I had more support from across the country than local furniture stores!!!
Savvy Homes Furniture has sent me emails.. asking if I have any questions & just reaching out!!    I finally decided on a living room & they were great arranging my order & delivery.  
I will use them again .. & again !!
