SHOPPING
My husband and I went to buy a sleeper sofa as there was an unexpected death in our family and we had to make quick arrangements for guests. Michael helped us look at different options that would be right for our budget and needs (cats, kids) and then held the couch for us so we could arrange delivery ourselves (they needed 3 business days to deliver - reasonable, but we needed it faster). 

LOADING UP THE COUCH
I picked up the sleeper myself since the delivery window would be too late for our needs. Michael helped us lug the couch into the cargo van (THANK YOU) and we went on our merry way. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take apart the couch myself and couldn't get it through the door.

DELIVERY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 
I called to ask if they could send folks to move it into our space and was told it would be a fee of $65 plus tax and I'd have to wait 1.5 weeks. I explained my situation and that it was only a matter of a few feet and Jake was kind enough to schedule a "later that day" drop-by delivery. When I asked if he could waive or reduce the price, he said he would not because of the labor needed. I then asked to speak with the manager, David. I explained about the personal situation, hoping for a break, and was told that the delivery fee was firm. 

DELIVERY
I begrudgingly paid the fee ($70 with tax) and two delivery guys showed up, moved the couch 6 feet, and left. They were courteous and quick. 

LEFT FEELING "MEH" 
I am left lukewarm in this situation. The guys seemed to go above and beyond in helping us get the couch and arrange special delivery, but with the manager choosing not to waive a $65 fee after I paid $2,600 for a couch (and bought the 5 year protection plan), I'm left feeling like they could have done better. This was a situation where I would have so happily given a 5 star review, but am left feeling more "Meh."  I will take my money elsewhere in the future, and would only recommend buying from this group if you don't need anything out of the ordinary.

Very easy to deal with. They had a large selection so we were able to find exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price. When we called them to ask questions and place the order, they offered knowledgable assistance and excellent customer service.

Initial purchase and delivery were great. Sofa was well-made with different options for arm types, which were removable for ease of maneuvering during delivery. Sofa back cushions were too overstuffed for my preference;  they took up too much of the seating space. 
Bed was about as comfortable as you'd expect for a sleeper; guests found just sleeping on the sofa was far more comfortable.
The majority of our use of it was in a guest room, so it had only about 3 years of daily use.
When it came time to apply the warranty to something needing repair with our sofa, it was a long, drawn-our process. We started checking into it about 8 years into the warranty, then life circumstances delayed our efforts. When we started up again, it was a long, drawn-out process of several months, in which we needed to figure out which Sleepers staff person would help us, finding the right label on the underside, or inside, of the sofa and taking a picture of it (not an easy task), sending it in to the store, waiting for them to consult with manufacturer, only to be told it was past the 10-year warranty. However, at the time is starting the process, we had purchased it less than 10 years earlier and had the receipt to prove it;  which didn't seem to matter to Sleepers in Seattle. We were told we could buy a repair kit and have a sofa repair person fix it, total cost would have come to about $400, not worth the effort/cost/time to us, especially after all the effort we took to use our warranty, to no avail.
So, upshot is, the manufacturer warranty appeared to be worthless.
Now we either have to toss a perfectly good bunch of cushions (and most of the frame) to the landfill, or see if someone out there wants a broken sofa bed.
Moral of the story: read your warranty carefully before purchase, and don't count on it actually being worth something, despite what the salespeople tell you.

Even during holiday season these guys produced and delivered. Was expecting the full 6 weeks (or, more given holidays), got it much sooner than that.

Quality, performance and meeting expectations. Would do business again.

Absolutely the worse experience and terrible customer service. I ordered an light grey leather ottoman on 6/24/2017. It is now 11/21/2017 and I still have not received the ottoman. I have contacted them on six separate occasions. The response I continue to receive is that they do not know where the ottoman is. Paperwork received from them states a maximum of 14-16 weeks, and was verbally told that arrival of the ottoman could be as soon as 8 weeks.. It has been 20 weeks with no indication from them on where the ottoman is or when I can expect its arrival and delivery. I have repeatedly asked the business for a full refund, they continue to refuse. Will NEVER buy anything from them again and strongly encourage others to take your business elsewhere. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and discovered 12 complaints from other individuals with similar horror stories. BUYER BEWARE!
