Went with family to grab a quick bite and brother in laws salad had a bug ( fly ) dead. So disappointed !! Customer service was horrible. Employees there doesnt know meaning of customer service. When we ask for money back they gave us a hard time. New management is much needed!!

Had stopped by this past Sunday for pizza salad and breadsticks. After picking up the second breadstick I noticed a dead fly right under so threw it out. Thought that was the only thing until my friend next to me was eating a salad and of course, right on the bottom of his salad as well was another fly.. showed the salad to one of the workers and she kindly offered a refund.. then this old pizza worker lady came in and started giving me attitude saying the salad was already halfway eaten and threw the salad on the counter. All in all, it took FIVE workers to fix the situation until someone finally came and gave me a refund. Horrible customer service. Maybe if the workers were more focused on watching the food this could have been prevented.

This Sbarros is the best!! The food was so fresh and good. The line was short.

GIVE HER A RAISE, IF SHE JUST GOT ONE, GIVE HER ANOTHER ONE!! SHE DESERVES IT!!

Awful customer service by the cashier Enrique. The women in front of me had a slightly ripped bill he asked for different payment which legally he can take it because it was barely ripped i saw it. Also, in the same instant he did not give the women her receipt. It is posted on the front of the register that if they do not give you a receipt the meal is on them. Well Enrique did not like this one bit. He very ignorantly has an attitude with the women. I guess needless to say it’s all about customer service and pleasing your customers and those customers around you. I did not eat here because of Enrique’s blunt attitude and the fact that the manager let him be rude to this women

food just ok. the pizza floats in fat. the employees are very unpleasant. for example, when ordering, they conduct private conversations and texting messages on the cell phone.
