We bought 2 really good cakes here for an unplanned birthday party. They were very helpful over the phone with making a decision on what they had on hand. They even held them for us until we could get there

Food here is amazing but we ordered a custom birthday cake that was to read "Happy 18th Sebastian". We pick it up and it reads, "Happy Birthday Mom." Not even close. There wasn't even another cake back there like ours meant for a "mom". Really disappointed. Only gave two stars because of the sincerity of the apology from the cashier. Even then, no discount or anything offered for the inconvenience if now having to be late to the party with the cake.

Everything your heart desires when it comes to fresh baked goodiea! My favorite is the pizza bagel! This is one of the best bakeries here in Northern Cali! The gem of Ukiah!

Didn't expect Schat's to have such an expansive list of baked goods and food options. Great croissants and coffee.

Very busy on Saturdays but worth it the bread, coffee, pastries, and breakfast was all very good if your in a hurry I would call beforehand
